Best Practice

Always check the care and content label found sown inside the item. This label has garment specific information on how to care for it. Some garments will have fabrics that require special care  - however ...

As a general rule we recommend washing in cold water, and air drying, as this will preserve the shape of the garment and help to make it last longer.

If you are running behind, and need to make the next class, you could use a dryer on low setting.  Although this wont happen regularly as we know you want to get the most out of the fabric, so we recommend air drying by lying flat or on a hung line.
